Tata Motors will officially unveil its compact SUV Punch tomorrow, Oct 4. Its booking has already started. Tata Punch SUV will compete against Mahindra KUV10, Maruti Suzuki Ignis, the upcoming Citroen C3, and the upcoming Hyundai Casper.

Tata Punch SUV will be available in 6 color options – White, Grey, Orange, Blue, Stonehenge & Urban Bronze. It is likely to come with 4 variants – Pure, Adventure, Accomplished and Creative. Tata Punch SUV Colour Options –

Dimensions
Tata Punch SUV will get a length of 3840 mm, a width of 1800 mm, a height of 1635 mm, and a wheelbase of 2450 mm with a ground clearance of 187 mm. In terms of dimension, the new punch micro SUV will be the widest car among its rivals along with the best ground clearance.
Engine, Transmission & Performance
The New Tata compact SUV will be powered by the same 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that comes on the Tata Altroz, Tata Tigor and Tata Tiago. That produces 84.8 bhp of max power and 113 Nm of peak torque. The engine will be paired with a 5-speed manual and AMT.
Features
In terms of features, the Tata Punch compact car will get a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic AC, cruise control, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, 90-degree opening doors, connected car technology, and a push-button start/stop. It will also get safety features including dual airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and a rear parking camera.
Price & Rivals
The Punch SUV is expected price from Rs 5.5 lakh(ex-showroom) onward. After launching in India Tata’s compact SUV will rivals Mahinda KUV100 NXT, Maruti Ignis, the upcoming Citroen C3 and upcoming Hyundai Casper.
