In the annual report, Royal Enfield noted that “Developing electric powertrain is of environmental and economic significance for the Company. The transition involves building the capacity of the ecosystem for Electric Vehicles and inspiring bold brand perspectives. The Vision of ‘Automotive Mission Plan – 2016-26’ focuses on safe, efficient, and environment-friendly mobility for customers and encompasses Electric Vehicles as well.”

Currently, Royal Enfield is the king of retro bikes. Classic 350 and Bullet 350 are the most sales bikes in India. Royal Enfield introduced Meteor 350 which is quite popular in India.
