Ola isn’t just going to be another seller of eScooter. Ola will use these Scooters to take passengers from metro stations, railway stations and bus stops to their homes as Last Mile Connectivity Taxis.

There is no doubt that Ola eScooters are the killers of a whole industry class. It will be an industry killer for Autorickshaw. The petrol-2-wheeler business will also get affected badly.

For just Rupees 5, or Rupees 10 or Rupees 20 every ride, Ola will be using e Scooters as Scooter- Taxis. This is a thousand or two thousand rupees every day for the owner.

In certain regions, those riders are going to carry more than 1 passenger. Longer journeys are quicker than cars and cabs and therefore more rides to reach the destination. For both customers and riders, this is a good option.
