New-generation Bajaj Dominar 400 will launch soon in the Indian market. Bajaj’s powerful motorcycle is likely to launch in October. The bike is expected to sport styling updates and get new features. Currently, the bike comes with a 373.27cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled BS6 engine mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
The new generation Dominar 400 will come with an updated design. The bike will have all LED lighting, digital instrument cluster, muscular fuel tank with extensions, split-style seats, a double-barrel exhaust system, and raised handlebars. It has a 13 liters fuel tank capacity and 187 kg overall weight and rides on 17-inch alloy wheels.
The new Bajaj Dominar 400 will be powered by the same 373.27cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled BS6 engine that generates 40hp of max power at 8,800rpm and 35Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. It will be a mated 6-speed gearbox along with a slipper clutch.
In terms of safety, New Dominar 400 will be equipped with a disc brake on both the front and rear wheels along with dual-channel ABS. It will get a 43mm inverted fork suspension on the front side and a multi-step adjustable mono-shock suspension on the rear side.
New Bajaj Dominar 400 price in India will be announced at the time of its launch. However, it could be a slight premium over the current model priced at Rs 2.11 lakh (ex-showroom).
