Much awaited Mahindra 7-seater XUV 700 launch tomorrow (14 August 2021). In the premium 7-seater SUV segment, XUV 700 will compete against Hyundai Alcazar, MG Hector Plus, and Tata safari. It will be the most features rich and powerful SUV among its rivals. Here are the expected price, features, and specifications.

Mahindra XUV700 will come with an all-new design that includes LED Headlamps with C-shaped LED DRLs, arrow-shaped LED Taillights. In terms of Interior expected to have a TFT instrument cluster, a wide touch screen, multi-function steering wheel.

Upcoming XUV700 will offer a panoramic sunroof, which is named Skyroof. XUV 700 will come with multiple class-leading features including a 6-speakers Snoy 3D sound system, smart door handles, four driving modes- Zip, Zap, Zoom, and Custom, Automatic AC, LED Lighting, Cabin Air Filter, Start/Stop push-button, smart door handles, Hello AdrenoX voice commands, Alexa voice AI system, dual-screen setup, personalized safety alerts, driver drowsiness detection, auto booster headlamps and more.

Mahindra XUV700 Specifications

Mahindra Motors will offer XUV 700 with petrol and diesel engine options both units set to be most powerful in the segment. Both units will set to be offered with 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox options.

  • Mahindra XUV 700 Petrol Engine: Petrol version SUV will come 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine. it will push out a peak/max power of 200bhp.
  • Mahindra XUV 700 Diesel Engine: The Diesel version will come with a new 2.2 L turbocharged mHawk motor that will produce a max power of 185bhp.

Mahindra XUV 700 Price & Rivals

Mahindra XUV 700 price in India could be Rs 16 lakh for the entry-level variant and up to Rs 22 lakh for the top-end variant. Its arch rivals- Alcazar, MG Hector Plus & Tata Safari are currently available within the price range of Rs 13 lakh – Rs 22 lakh.
