The Harley Davidson Sportster S is a great option for those looking for an easy riding cruiser with what many consider comfortable ergonomics, which you may very well find on cruisers of this caliber. It comes equipped with a lot of features that make it not only fun to ride, but will be appealing to many based on an affordable price tag.
Harley-Davidson has already started accepting bookings, with deliveries expected to take place sometime in the upcoming month.
Harley Davidson Sportster S Design
The Sportster S is a head turner and has a very distinct appearance with the rectangular LED headlamp. An inverted front fork and a chunky tire are found up front, making this bike seem like it’s ready to go on trails straight away.
The right side of the bike is dominated by a high-mounted 2-1-2 Exhaust setup that sits quite close to the rider. The exhaust system, which is made using 304 series stainless steel, was chosen strategically because of its ability to reflect heat produced from the rear wheel away from the rider. Visually speaking, this keeps the seat cooler for longer as it decreases unsightly thigh burning.
Additionally, a low mounted Rear End Tail Lamp section was chosen to be installed on their respective bikes which looks tiny compared to the chunky tyre in order to keep it out of their fairings’ way hence minimizing its chance for either one of them to get in contact with it accidentally and potentially causing them severe harm.
Harley Davidson Sportster S Features
The Harley Davidson Sportster boasts a modern-looking 4” LCD display which you can connect your smartphone to via Bluetooth. The Harley Davidson Sportster S also includes a six-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU), cornering ABS, cruise control, traction control, and a tyre pressure monitoring system as standard equipment. In addition to these standard features, it also comes with a USB C charging port for your mobile phone – all this tech in the Harley Davidson Sportster S gives any rider the tools they need to have an unforgettable ride.
