TUV 300 and Bolero NEO look like the same, minor difference in Bolero NEO has a more stylish pair of sweptback headlamps with LED DRLs and a new premium looks grille. While bumper and fog lamps have been redesign. From the side view NEO looks like TUV300 but some differences like black stripe between the front and rear fenders and new alloy wheels. The rear end also looks like TUV 300 but now comes with a Bolero branding cover of the spare wheel. Overall Bolero NEO looks more premium than TUV300.

Bolero Neo is a more features-loaded SUV. It gets features like the touchscreen infotainment system, rear parking sensors, ECO mode, cruise control, ABS, EBD, etc. TUV300 never comes with the kinds of features that one gets on similarly priced monocoque sub-compact SUVs. Where as TUV 300 powered by 1.5-litre 84bhp mHawk100 Diesel Engine produced output of Max power of 100bhp@3750rpm and max torque of 240Nm@1600-2800rpm.
