Shahid Kapoor bought a new 2022 Mercedes-Maybach S580 earlier this month and has been seen flaunting it not only on the roads but on Instagram too, captioning his video “Falling back Bach” with HDBeen Dope’s Song Cayman added to the video.

The modern 2022 Mercedes-Maybach S580 S-class is more honest about its ‘humble’ roots and has a lot more reserved look. Borrowing nearly all of its looks from the smaller S-Class, save for additional chrome on every side and the Maybach badges on the C-pillars that light up. Interior Space, Features, & Comfort
While the outside may not bear too many unique points compared to the S-Class, the high-quality tech in the 2022 Mercedes Maybach S580 comes with the most advanced and unique features.

The 580 comes with a 12.8-inch OLED central display used for the infotainment screen switching the climate control and seat ventilation while the driver gets a 12.3-inch display. The passengers get a tablet and the rear seat has mounted displays for entertainment and all of these screens run via the MBUX system.
Speaking of leisure time and comfort, this one also includes active road noise cancellation that reduces noises by counter sound waves. The customers can also have a raft of accessories to choose from like a centrally mounted refrigerator and two champagne flutes inside the cabin. Sure, it eats into trunk space a bit, but there’s still plenty of room left.

The Mercedes-Maybach S580 comes with the 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbocharged engine with the EQ Boost of 48 volts in a mild-hybrid system which develops a massive 496 Bhp and a peak torque of 700 Nm.
The four-wheel-drive system and the 9-speed automatic transmission produce a stunning 621 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque, reducing the 0-60 time to just 4.4 seconds. The engine is BS6 compliant.

Prices for the S-Class Maybach starts at 2.5 crore for the S580, going up to ₹3.2 crore (ex- showroom).
