Kawasaki Motors has launched the 2022 Kawasaki Z650 in India at a price of Rs 6.24 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike is now available in a new ‘Candy Lime Green Type 3’colour and will be available in September 2021. However, the motorcycle design, specifications, and features remain unchanged.

Design
All-new 2022 Kawasaki Z650 comes with a high-tensile steel frame & has a muscular fuel tank, split seats, underbelly exhaust, and arrowhead-shaped mirrors. The motorcycle gets a fully digital LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and a Full LED light Setup. it rides on 17-inch wheels and has a 15-liter fuel tank.
Features
The motorcycle gets the same features: a 4.3-inch fully-digital TFT instrument cluster that supports smartphone connectivity via Kawasaki’s Rideology mobile app, dual-channel ABS, and a slipper clutch, LED Headlamps.
Specifications
Apart from the new colour and theme, no other changes have been made to the Kawasaki Z650. It continues with a 649cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled BS6 engine that produces max power of 68 PS at 8,000 rpm and 64 Nm of peak torque at 6,700 rpm. The motorcycle gets a 6-speed gearbox along with a slipper clutch. The motorcycle gets 41 mm telescopic forks up front, with a travel of 125 mm, and a mono-shock with a travel of 130 mm, with preload adjustment.
Safety
In terms of safety equipment, the All-new 2022 Kawasaki Z650 is equipped with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels and dual-channel ABS for better road handling. The motorcycle gets 300 mm twin petal discs up front and a single 220 mm petal disc at the rear.
Price
2022 Kawasaki Z650 price in India has Rs 6.24 lakh ex-showroom. The bike gets Rs 6000 more expensive as compared to the previous version.
