Triumph Motorcycles will launch the new Speed Twin tomorrow on 31 Aug 2021. The motorcycle will receive mechanical change and new graphics. It will run on the same Euro5-compliant 1,200cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine.

New Speed Twin has not a major change, Although the bike gets a new headlight, 12-spoke alloy wheels, new graphics, and so on. 2021 Twin Speed will available in three colours – Red Hopper, Matte Storm Grey & Jet Black.
The Speed Twin will have features including a twin-pod analogue instrument cluster and tachometer while providing digital readouts for ride mode setting, gear position indicator, two trip settings, service indicator, fuel level, distance-to-empty, average fuel consumption.
Other rider-focused features include an under-seat USB charging socket, ABS, LED head & tail lights, and an immobiliser with a transponder integrated into the bike’s key.
The motorcycle will have a Euro-compliant 1200cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that produces max power of 98.6bhp at 750rpm and a peak torque of 112Nm at 4250rpm. The engine is mated with a 6-speed gearbox.
In comparison, the old model produces 96bhp of max power and 112Nm of peak torque at 4,950rpm. In terms of suspension gets 43mm Marzocchi upside-down front forks instead of conventional units on the old model. The bike will have twin discs at the front and a single disc on the rear.
New Triumph Speed price in India could be around 11 lakh ex-showroom that exceeds the cost of the last model here by approx one lakh. It will compete against Ducati Scrambler 1100, Harley-Davidson 1200 & Indian Scout Sixty in India.
